 Missing pages and very poor shipping Feb 23, 2010
This was supposed to be a "workbook" for an entry level college course for our daughter. I tried to cancel the order before it got here but was unsuccessful as the seller did not respond to my request. Therefore we had to purchase a new book at the college bookstore because my daughter already had homework and the other book had not arrived. It finally arrived but it was missing crucial pages and the packaging (which appeared to be merely brown paper) was badly torn. Very bad experience. I will not order text/workbooks like this again.
Becoming A Master Student 12th edition Feb 17, 2010
Was listed as good condition but pages were highlighted, scribbled on and some were missing. I had to ask the professor for the missing pages. Should have been listed as poor condition.

I liked that the chapters were easy to read, it had a lot of useful information for me to become successful, and the chapter reflections were helpful to go back to when I needed to reflect from my own words on a particular subject.
Very disappointed Feb 06, 2010
Very poor business!!! I ordered my book and paid for it to be expedited, 3 weeks later I had not received it. I tried to contact seller on 2 separate occasions and never got a response. This was very poor business and I certainly would not even attempt to buy from them.

 Very few "Quizzes" Dec 09, 2009
The book was in a pretty good condition. The downside was that only a few chapter quizzes were present in the book. Overall good condition.
