The book was sent on time and in new condition. This book is pretty easy to read. I am reading it for a graduate course. The book is very informative on current educational laws and compliance. It includes many charts, tables, and resources to help implement various parts of special education laws. This book contains a lot of assessment information including types of assessments, and content and subject specific information.

I was assigned this text for a class about differentiated instruction and assessment and I've found it very informative. The author looks at many types of assessment used in schools and provides reasoning behind their use with students. Examples of good assessments are provided. I can see this book being pulled out in the future to help me construct assessments for my students.
