The Authoritarian Piece on Special Education Jul 26, 2002
This book is a must read. It is at the cutting edge of describing concepts, theories and practices across all the disabilities and the gifted/talented.Dr. Tompkins is a world-renowned authority, with over 30 years of experience in the field.
