 Healing the 6 types of ADD Feb 25, 2010
This book is amazingly insightful and tremendously helpful. It is clear, actionable, and understandable. It remains at my bedside for frequent reference and has already improved the quality of my life. Quite possibly the best $15 I've ever spent.

Amazing and Enlightening Feb 11, 2010
This book is fascinating, informative and helpful. Dr. Amen's book explains how the brain's different areas function and what happens when any area doesn't work as it should. The book defines each ADD type and how to recognize it. He also explains about proper diet and what supplements help with each type of ADD. A must- read for a parent with a child with ADD or if your child has ADD friends. Dr. Amen also details how his methods have helped many adults recognize that they, too, may suffer from a type of ADD.
YES You Can Heal ADD! Jan 27, 2010
Dr. Daniel G. Amen's books on the brain are amazing. As some one who has suffered with Dyslexia and ADD I know all too well the pain and frustration that comes with these BRAIN problems. I have been to the Amen clinic and have had my brain looked at... it was fascinating... and incredibly helpful. But the good news is that you don't need to undergo a brain imaging SPECT scan... you can just read this book and heal your brain. I have purchased many books via Amazon that were sold as used in good condition and all of the books were pristine. This book was in poor condition with many markings. I was very disappointed in the condition of the book.
