This product is a work of genius. Really. There is not another product that I'm aware of that allows users to manage their time and attention so well. I like to be reminded periodically of various goals, or to write down data that I am collecting. The MotivAider is perfect for this because it can be easily programmed to vibrate periodically.
I've used it for years for different purposes. For example, I'm using it right now to facilitate the recording of my diet and sleep cycles and quality, in hopes of discovering correlations between these two data sets.
I have a former schoolmate who uses it for smoking cessation and weight control.
It's like having someone tap you on the shoulder every so often (you choose) and remind you to do something, or NOT do something, or think something, or sit up straight, or just relax!
This is a great product. I have significantly more control of my moment-to-moment life with it.

I've owned one of these puppies for more than ten years and it would be difficult to say how helpful it's been without sounding like an infomercial. I've used my MotivAider to help me practice mindfulness, eat healthier, remember to exercise, and on and on. It's helped me to begin more healthy habits than I can remember and I would give it ten stars if I could.

I'm a stand-up comic and I actually use this as a timer so that I don't go over my time limit. I enter the time I want to start with, then it counts down and vibrates to let me know time is up. I've used this product many times and it has been extremely accurate for me.

I felt compelled to write a review for this product because of a recent issue I had with my MotivAider. Let me start off by saying what a fantastic investment this product is. As a school psychologist, the motivaider has been crucial for observations. Recently when I had an issue with my motivaider, I contacted the company to see if they knew what I could do to fix it. Not only did the president of the company, stay in constant email contact with me, when they could figure out the problem, they arranged for a hassle free exchange. With my busy lifestyle the last thing I need to deal with is a company giving me the run around. I worked in customer service for 3 years and this is by far the best customer service I have ever seen! Believe me, you will not be disappointed with this product. They surely take pride in what they do and it shows. I am one happy customer!!

Easy to use right out of the box. I'm using it to keep motivated on my weight loss goals and it sure has helped keep me on track. I feel somewhat in a panic without it. I've tried it with my students at school with only limited success but maybe that's because I want it back after a lesson or two! I've ordered another to try with my students and I'll hope for greater success. Maybe it only works when YOU want to change ... not when someone else wants to see a change in you!
