My son is high-functioning autistic. I bought several copies of this book to give to parents of his friends. They read the story with their kids and it prompted great conversation with my son's friends. I can't recommend this book enough.

I bought 4 of these. One for each of my childrens classrooms and a copy for the library. Autism is real and this helps children get a better understanding of why some children do things different. I would recommend 100%.
