 Seem durable but didn't get used Dec 06, 2011

I rated the toy's "fun" value low since my two-year old son never every played with them or chewed on them...in fact neither did my one-year old. However, I have heard wonderful things about them from other parents whose children are biters or have other sensory issues. The are very sturdy and durable, so I can see how they'd be wonderful items to chew on. Just didn't work for my kids.

As a special needs boy, my son puts everything in his mouth. The chewy tube relaxes him and can not hurt him. I can switch other things he tries to put in his mouth with the chewy, which is a better alternative.

If you have a an older child that still needs to chew on something, these P & Qs are the best thing for them. My son loves them. He even takes turns as to which one will go to go bed with him. I like that they don't look too babyish as my son will probably be using these in school.
