As a student with a leadership minor, I wholehearted recommend this book. It was required for my class, but it is brilliant. It doesn't bog down your reading with heavy words and horrid confusing grammar, but is a simple and easy read that is very, very clear. I learned a lot from it, and I agree completely with each of the five practices. Anyone, even a seasoned leader, could benefit from this book.

Just as the description said, the book was like new and I received it within a 5 days. It was cheaper than if I had bought it at my university's book store and was exactly the same. No complaints at all!

Students, youth leaders, and anyone working with youth in any capacity can benefit from the ideas and concepts in this book. Leadership is a developmental process; this is a great guide!
