Since each person has learning differences it is important for students to know and understand this concept early to reduce insecurity feelings and to instill confidence in individual approaches to learning. Students must understand the goals and individual approaches rather than minute compliance to methodology. The more imaginative students become in the learning process the greater stimulation to the mastery of respective subjects. Basic processes have a substantial value and fosters a stimulation to learning that results from gaining personal insights. A sharp growing edge and insight into how differences in students can enable all to focus more on the totality of learning instead of limited conformity by each step by step learning. This will become increasingly important with the rapid expansion of knowledge and the need for constant learning to stay apace and to avoid becoming very obsolete. The learning pattern, when carefully installed, creates a lifetime of curiosity about the news so that constant learning is always in progress. This helps to stay apace of the growing flow of new knowledge. This is key to lifetime career development and to personal security. This text helps teachers to become applied scientists in transforming abstract data and qualities into real life understandings on the part of students. It helps to establish rapport between students and teachers and also between students themselves as a useful pattern of viewing others in a helpful way.
